G2 Core - The foundation
of all G2 Family products
We
developed our G2 Family of products around a
common core, the 'G2 Core'. With over 30
years in shipping and mailing automation
experience to draw from, we developed a
framework for many products with our G2 Core.
This common framework allows us to provide a
less-expensive, scaleable and reliable set of
products.
If you become familiar with ONE G2 Family
member, you are now familiar with ALL the
family! As your business needs change,
your G2 system can change too. Many G2
configurations allow for field upgrades by just
entering a code. No need to learn a whole
new system, your 'in the family'!
You can also add any G2 Family member onto a G2
Family network. This lets you
'mix-n-match' different G2 Family products
together to get consolidated information.

Manager™ (MCM).

G2 VIEW™
An easy to use and
cost effective extension to your G2 MCM system.
G2 View™ provides you with a 'VIEW" of your
operations. G2 View™ has all the features
of our G2 MCM system except it does not generate
shipping labels or control a postage meter.
You can use G2 View™ to 'pre-process' shipments
using Request-to-Send (RTS). With RTS, you
can generate a shipment that just needs to be
scanned at a G2 MCM to process.

G2 Network VIEW™
G2 Network
View™ is a software solution that allows clients
to 'extend' the features and functions of G2 MCM
to their desktop. It’s like having access to
your shipping department right on your PC. G2
Network View™ is an
enterprise version of G2 View. With G2
Network View™, anyone in an
organization can
easily create shipments with Request
to Send (RTS). Tracking their shipments is
done automatically and can be easily viewed. What’s more, G2 Network View's
business rules help eliminate costly shipping
errors which can save companies thousands of
dollars.
G2 Network
View's pricing structure is also innovative,
with the price based on the number of
transactions per day. Most other software
packages are priced based on the number of
users. Clients only pay for what they need and
not 'by-the-seat'.

G2 Accountant™
Production
mailers and/or clients that need additional
mailing stations because of the volume of mail
they process will be able to take advantage of
our cost effective G2 Accountant™.
G2
Accountant™ is a full-service U.S. Postal Service
only system that can control a postage meter and capture the Postage
Accounting data for any type of U.S. Mail. The
system does not contain report capability but is
designed to connect via network to a full MCM G2
or G2 View “host”, where the data for many G2
Accountant™ systems may be collected and viewed.
The G2 Accountant™ is designed to be fully
operational in off-line mode (network outage).
All off-line data is transmitted to the MCM G2
host database upon restoration of the network
connection. With Off-Line mode, the mail
will always go out even if the network is out to
lunch!

G2 Postal Consultant™
For over 30 years, MOS has been
producing products to make mailing simple and
efficient. Our new G2 Postal Consultant™ is
our 'next generation' Postal Consultant system,
building on our original software by using the
G2 Core.
G2 Postal Consultant™ is like
having a "mini-post office" right on your
desktop. This entry level system provides
an economical way to use electronic confirmation
services from the U.S. Postal Service and
control a postage meter. By connecting
electronically to the U.S. Postal Service
through G2 Postal Consultant™, charges for
Delivery Confirmation can be reduced or
eliminated all together!

G2 Postal Consultant™ comes in different
configurations to suit your needs. Features
available in Postal Consultant include: Postal
Accounting, Automated Tracking of Delivery
Confirmation, Automated Certified Mail
preparation, International mail rules,
Customized Reports and so much more!
G2 Postal
Consultant™ is offered in two 'Levels'.
Level 2 is our entry level system that provides
the basic accounting features needed to run your
office efficiently. Level 3 offers more
features like connection to faster postage
meters and the ability to integrate an address
book for USPS shipping labels.
If you already
have a G1 Postal Consultant and want to upgrade
to a G2 Postal Consultant there's good news - G1
systems are field upgradeable! Certain
conditions exist to make the transition smooth -
please check with your equipment dealer for more
information.
